Shipping, Return & Cancellation Policies

When will I receive my order?

Every order is custom printed. It takes 3–7 (please allow an additional 1-2 days for tie-dye items, we dye the items ourselves and they are made to order) business days to process and print orders, then it is shipped out. Orders made after 3 p.m. EST  will start processing the following business day. Orders made on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.  Some items may ship separately due to size and processing time. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:


  •  USA: 3–4 business days

  • Canada: 6-10 business days

  •  Please allow additional processing, and shipping time during holidays.

What if my order was sent to the wrong address?

Please double-check your shipping address. We are not responsible for items sent to the wrong address, due to the shipping information being entered incorrectly.

Returns & Exchange 

  • Products are fulfilled as they are ordered. Therefore exchanges are unavailable except in circumstances of damaged items, or if you received the wrong item (s).  We must be notified about any issues within 7 days of receiving your order. You must also submit proof of product error to qualify for the exchange of the same size, color, and type of item.

  • We cannot refund or exchange custom orders unless they are damaged, misprinted or you receive the wrong item or size. Please contact us if you need more information on this. 

  • For all other returns, you have 14 days beginning the date you receive your 3136 Apparel item(s) to return them for a refund. Returns are only accepted on brand-new, unused items. 

  • You are responsible for the return shipping cost of your items. Once items are received a refund will be processed.


We appreciate you shopping with us, and we never intend to cancel any order. With that being said, on rare occasions, things happen that are out of our control. If we need to cancel your order or any item in your order, we will contact you and let you know why. You will also receive a full refund, minus any discounts used.  It is not limited to but some of the reasons we may need to cancel are:

  • Website/pricing errors

  • Coupon error

  • Item is unavailable
