Return Policy

  • Products are fulfilled as they are ordered. Therefore exchanges are unavailable except in circumstances of damaged items, or if you received the wrong items.  We must be notified about any issues within 7 days of receiving your order. You must also submit proof of product error to qualify for the exchange of the same size, color, and type of item.

  • We cannot refund or exchange custom orders unless they are damaged, misprinted or you receive the wrong item or size. Please contact us if you need more information on this. 

  • For all other returns, you have 14 days beginning the date you receive your 3136 Apparel item(s) to return them for a refund. Returns are only accepted on brand-new, unused items. 

  • You are responsible for the return shipping cost of your items. Once items are received a refund will be processed.

  • Due to Covid-19 masks are not returnable. (If they are received damaged or defective please contact us so that we can replace them).
